Refund & Return Policy

We hope you adore your new piece from Elena & Rowan Jewels. But if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer an exchange or refund.

How to start a return

  • Email us at contact@elenaandrowanjewels.com within 30 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and reason for return.

  • After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns.

Return conditions

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation.

  • Returns must be sent to our international fulfillment center (local or domestic returns cannot be accepted).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Items not meeting the above conditions may be refused.

Non-returnable items: personalized jewelry, sale/clearance items, purchases from third-party retailers, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or items damaged due to mishandling.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with:

  • Order number

  • Proof of purchase

  • Photo or video evidence of the issue

  • Shipping address and phone number

In some cases, we may request additional photos or video before issuing a replacement or refund.

Processing time

  • Returns are processed within 14 business days of receipt.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once processed.

  • Refunds exclude original shipping and handling fees.

Our Guarantee

Every piece comes with a warranty against material or craftsmanship defects. This does not cover:

  • Lost items

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper storage

  • Post-purchase modifications

Order changes & cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled or changed within 30 minutes of purchase by emailing us.

  • After this period, all orders are final.

  • Approved cancellations are subject to a 2% processing fee.

Refund timeline

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the return.
If your refund doesn’t appear after this time, please check with your payment provider.
